REALIZED INVESTMENTS

Fleet Clean USA – Founded in 2009 and began franchising in 2013. Fleet Clean was ranked multiple times by Entrepreneur Magazine as a “Top 100 Fastest-Growing Emerging Franchisor”. FC became the third-largest fleet washing provider in only 4 years after becoming a franchise system. The management team at 1954 Capital was a significant contributor to the success of this great company. Fleet Clean was acquired in 2018 by Fleetwash, Inc., a portfolio company of ACON Investments.  The investment made in Fleet Clean returned a 31x return on invested capital.  Fleet Clean continues to be a growing, dominant, brand within its sector
